From Microscopy
On the 6th of July, Carl Zeiss India and the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) at Hyderabad, signed a Memorandum of Understanding for conducting workshops onthe current practices and trends in the area of microscopy imaging in biology. The MOU was signed by Dr. Lalji Singh, Director of CCMB and Dr. Ulrich Simon, Executive Vice President of the Microscopy Group at Carl Zeiss Jena, Germany.
These "Workshops and Seminars in Microscopis Imaging and Analysis" will be conducted twice a year, and will be for the essential purpose of microscopy education. This effort is the first of its kind in the area of optical microscopy.
