Title of Position: Senior Service Executive / Assistant Service Manager – Nano Technology Systems
Location: 1 position in Bangalore, India, 1 position in Mumbai, India
Reporting Structure: National Service Manager
The candidate should have an overall responsibility of Installation, demonstration, maintenance & servicing of all NTS equipments in the defined territory ensuring customer satisfaction. He/she is also responsible for planning, acquisition, allocation and distribution of resources such as tools, test equipment, jigs and parts in the territory.
Key responsibilities to include (but not limited to):-
- Implement and manage all NTS products related service measures for the region.
- Responsible for Installation, Servicing and Troubleshooting of all NTS equipments of the company.
- Strive to establish and uphold the highest standards in the industry for Customer service by ensuring high Customer satisfaction and the performance of all instruments to full specifications
- Handle Customer complaints and decide the Corrective and Preventive actions to minimize the complaints.
- Conduct root cause analysis of failures and devise prompt breakdown solutions with minimum turnaround time.
- Responsible for providing technical information and answers to the queries of the End users of the products.
- Provide Training to customers and representatives on products & Services
- Meet the targets given on Annual Maintenance Contracts.
- Ensure all service goals for the region such as response and call time, Customer satisfaction levels, service revenue etc. are met.
- Ensure service costs are controlled and kept within agreed targets.
- Schedule and take follow up of preventive maintenance of machines.
- Oversee the spares requirements along with meeting the delivery schedules to ensure availability of reasonable inventory of critical spares at all times.
- Maintain the case history and spare parts consumption per machine.
- Ensure full compliance with the service reporting system and to ensure that all necessary information is reported to the HO in a timely fashion.
- Ensure punctuality from oneself and all staff and ensure full compliance with all policies of the Company.
Minimum requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Science from a recognized university.
- A minimum of 2 - 6 years of Servicing of Sophisticated Analytical Equipment.
- Experience in handling Electron Microscopes, EDX, WDX, EBSD and relevant Accessories
- Should also have the aptitude to learn new technology quickly & Logical thinking
- Should be customer oriented.
- Good working knowledge of Electron Optics, Vacuum systems and good at troubleshooting
- Willingness to travel extensively and work odd hours.
