Elyra 7 with Lattice SIM & SMLM

Versatile platform for fast and gentle 3D superresolution

  • Investigate the Cellular Universe Right Down to Molecular Level
  • Reveal fine structural details while remaining free to label your samples with conventional dyes
  • Endogenously-expressed photo-switchable fluorescent proteins/organic dyes. Capture highly resolved structures of a whole cell in 3D in just one shot, while treating your sample so gently it stays fit for long-term observation
  • Reveal the ultra-structure of your object of interest, count molecules to quantify your results and see the arrangement of proteins within a structural context

LSM 980 with Airyscan 2 Multiplex Mode

Scaling from 2D Cell Cultures to new 3D model system

  • Increase superresolution field-of-view and speeds (Upto 47 fps @512X512 resolution in SR mode)
  • Maintain improved optical sectioning performance of Airyscan with Multiplex
  • Provide superresolution at depth (upto 100 microns)
  • Maintain Airyscan SNR improvements over large volumes (4 to 8 times better SNR than LSM)

Fluorescence zoom microscope for large fields

  • View complete organisms in fluorescence contrast
  • Combine a 16x zoom with a high numerical aperture of NA 0.25
  • Achieve a very high aperture in the medium zoom range: superior fluorescence brightness in large object fields
  • Use ApoTome.2 for fluorescence imaging to obtain optical sections 
  • Master routine screening as well as your most demanding multidimensional imaging applications
