Carl Zeiss India (Bangalore) Pvt. Ltd. functions as a business-to-business (B2B) entity and does not engage directly with end consumers.
Should a product be found to have a manufacturing defect, quality concern, or any issue related to usage, fitting, or service and if it falls under the applicable warranty*, consumers are requested to approach the optician or retailer from whom the product was purchased for support.

*Warranty Policy
- Coating
• All ZEISS lenses are covered by a 12-month coating peel-off warranty, starting from the date of invoice to the optician. (Hard Coat is excluded from this coverage).
- Breakage
• A 12-month breakage warranty is available on lenses with 1.59 and 1.6 indices.
• To avail of the warranty, the original invoice is mandatory, and claims will be processed based on the power present in the broken lenses.
• The warranty does not cover exchanges requested due to cosmetic preferences, concerns related to lens weight, or damage caused by improper handling.
- Non-Adaptation
• A 30-day adaptation period is provided from the date of invoice to the optician.
• In case of non-adaptation, the optician must raise a request, after which a ZEISS representative will evaluate the case and suggest an appropriate solution.
- ZEISS reserves the right to modify or update the warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
- All disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru Urban District.
